The Temporary Extension Technical Assistant will serve as a temporary, 11-month technician with the primary responsibility of serving the needs of the Small Farm Unit in Goldsboro, NC.
Based at North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC, the Extension Associate, Crop and Soil Sciences will provide comprehensive support to the Organic Cropping Team/Lab activities of the Center for Environmental Farming Systems (CEFS).
Based at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in Greensboro, NC, the Post Doctoral Research Associate, Soil Science will conduct soil fertility and cropping systems research to identify best management practices for sustainable hemp production.
Based at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in Greensboro, NC, the Research Associate, Soil Science will conduct field and laboratory experiments to evaluate soil microbial carbon and nitrogen cycling, greenhouse gas emissions, and biological soil health indicators.
