On-Farm Cold Storage Virtual Training

This webinar training was recorded on September 7, 2017, and provides an overview of on-farm cold storage considerations, best practices for on-farm storage of produce, and best practices for on-farm storage of meats. Presenters included Craig Mauney, Adam McCurry, and Eddy Labus of North Carolina’s Cooperative Extension Service.

The training meets the technical assistance requirement for the NC Growing Together & Natural Capital Investment Fund Cold Storage Financing Program launched in fall 2017.
