April 18th, 2009 – Since 2006, CEFS has held an annual Fall Festival celebrating sustainable agriculture in North Carolina. Activities and events included demonstrations, tours, education booths, workshops, local food vendors, hands-on activities for the kids and much more!
While we will continuing having a festival, it will be moved to the spring. This seasonal change will allow us to showcase the farm in full production.
In addition to all of the exciting activities that we have offered in the past, we hope to continue to add more education opportunities, giving participants the opportunity to put their newly learned skills to work in their garden or on their farm.
