Join us in expanding opportunities for women in the meat industry! In a focused, hands-on setting, women livestock farmers, processors, chefs, and professionals from across the country convene in the North Carolina Piedmont for over two days of packed meat business training by the nation’s top professionals.

NC Choices’ Women Working in the Meat Business 2016 has more national instructors, participants, and networking opportunities than ever before. We are doubling the conference size and offering new programming and activities at venues that range from on-farm classrooms to commercial kitchens.

Featured Speakers Include: Kari Underly, 3rd Generation Master Butcher, founder of Range® Inc; Elizabeth Karmel, chef and leading grill expert, author, and culinary business woman; Poppy Davis, CPA, JD, Program Director for Sustainable Agriculture Education (SAGE) and the former USDA National Program Leader for Small Farms and Beginning Ranchers.

Additional trainers, cutting edge topics, accommodations, and event details at www.carolinameatconference.com/women-register.

Thanks to all of our sponsors!
