Learn why it is important for the health of your soil to sample for routine nutrient analysis. They will demonstrate how to take and submit a soil sample to the North Carolina Department of Agriculture Soil Fertility Lab for routine soil analysis. They will also review how to read general soil analysis and how these results may impact plant production.
This is a free event. Parking info will be sent to registered participants. This event will take place both indoors and outdoors, and participants will be taking soil samples, so please dress comfortably and wear shoes suitable for walking on grass or uneven ground.
