Agroecology Education and Action Resource
List for University and High School Students
Introduction
This resource list was created by students in the Agroecology and Sustainable Food Systems major at North Carolina State University. The purpose of this resource list is to share agroecology education and action resources during the COVID-19 crisis with other university and high school students. In short, Agroecology is the science behind sustainable agriculture (learn more about Agroecology here). During this challenging time, agroecology helps us explore the connection between agriculture and community resilience. This resource list is a learning guide composed for students by students, and we hope that you find these resources helpful. There are three sections to this guide, “Education and Learning”, “Volunteering and Supporting”, and “Enjoyment and Entertainment.” Our hopes are that you can use this guide to learn more about our food system, take action to make a difference, and also prioritize your own wellbeing. If you have any resources you would like to add to this list, please complete this quick google form. Thank you for joining us.
