What better way to improve your agriculture skills, gain farming experience, and participate in hands-on job training than with a registered apprenticeship! If you are interested in the Sustainable Vegetable Production Apprenticeship, coordinated by the Center for Environmental Farming Systems (CEFS) and registered through ApprenticeshipNC, then join us for a Zoom Q&A Session to further dive into the details of this apprenticeship.

The Sustainable Vegetable Production Apprenticeship is an 18-month program, beginning this spring, that aims to increase the pool of trained agricultural workers for management positions at diversified vegetable operations in North Carolina with an emphasis on training community members historically excluded from such positions, including women, racial minorities, and economically disadvantaged individuals. If you are interested in this apprentice position, check out our website and join us for the Q&A session.
