The Center for Environmental Farming Systems (CEFS) Program Leader for the Committee on Racial Equity (CORE) in the Food System initiative will be responsible for leading the CORE team, advancing CEFS’ racial equity goals, and evaluating adoption and impacts. The Program Leader will be responsible for supporting CEFS programs and leadership in incorporating racial equity principles and practices. This position will be expected to develop resources with community and organization partners around racial equity in the food system. The incumbent will elevate leadership by Black, American Indian, Latino and other people of color in the food system through communication strategies, youth networks, internships and career development, as well as building coalition of existing food system leaders.
