Teaching Tools for Beginning Farmers

NC Choices and project partners developed a series of beginning farmer teaching tools to be shared in full for educational purposes. The tools are designed to help beginning farmers interested in niche meat production make early business decisions so they can achieve success outcomes in the categories of production, business and finances, marketing, and creative land-lease opportunities emerging in North Carolina.
