MeatSuite Holidays 2020 Toolkit
The holiday season is upon us and with it comes…opportunity! We at NC Choices have brainstormed some ideas (and developed FREE promotional templates) to help boost your bulk sales this season.
Consider offering special holiday bundles. There are 2 ways that consumers might buy holiday bundles and you can design bundles to serve this customer.
- Gift packs – Many consumers are more inclined to support local businesses this year when they are choosing gifts. Creating a gift bundle (or a few) helps consumers give great gifts and fulfill their desire to support local. Consider creating and advertising a few bundles ideal for giving such as a multi-species “sampler pack,” “steak lovers” or similar.
- Holiday meals – Consumers are also buying meat for their holiday meals. Holiday meal bundles can help them with one-stop meat buying and assist with meal planning. Remember, it’s not just Christmas dinner they need to plan, it’s also breakfast, lunch, and New Year’s. Maybe the pack includes something simple to prepare for the nights before or after the festivities. You can create a bundle to help them plan, right down to the hot dogs for the New Year’s sauerkraut!
So, now is the time to act! Look at your inventory and create a few holiday meal or gift bundles. Consider making them in a few sizes to fit different budgets and freezers.
