Speaker: Professor Nick Brown, NC State is an assistant extension professor in the CALS Department of Agriculture and Resource Economics (ARE), specializing in matters regarding taxation and law. Prof. Brown started in August 2024 and has been utilizing his background as an attorney to create extension-related content for farmers and agribusiness owners. In the wake of Hurricane Helene, Prof. Brown has spent months researching and developing tax content specific for storm relief efforts.
