Click to visit: CEFS End-of-Year Letter 2019 ~ 25 Years of CEFS ~ Our impact on NC Agriculture and Food Systems
Few of us could have imagined twenty-five years ago what the Center for Environmental Farming Systems (CEFS) would become today. The groundbreaking partnership of North Carolina State University, North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, and the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services established CEFS as a pioneer in long-term, sustainable agriculture research, from small-scale to large scale. Grounded in our unique founding partnership, CEFS is now a national leader in sustainable agriculture and food systems development.
What will CEFS tackle in the next 25 years? Our organization is focused on strategic planning as part of our 25th year, and we look forward to sharing our vision in Spring 2020. In the meantime, you can donate securely online at go.ncsu.edu/friendsofcefs.
CEFS is a partnership of North Carolina State University, North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, and the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Our fundraising initiatives operate under the auspices of the North Carolina Agricultural Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization (Tax ID# 56-6049304). You will receive an official receipt for your donation.
With warm wishes for a healthy and happy holiday season,
