Using the USDA Ag Census at the County Level (2020)
The pentannual USDA Ag Census is a comprehensive survey that provides us periodic data every five years and it is used to inform federal and state funding for agriculture, food, and related programs. In an effort to make selected data points accessible to help tell the story of agriculture in each and every NC county, NC FarmLink, the Center for Environmental Farming Systems, and the Local Food Program recently shared the most up to date Local Farms & Food County Profiles with each county.
