With expert-led sessions from NC State Extension food safety specialists and lunchtime discussions featuring the NC Department of Agriculture, participants will leave confidently with new food safety knowledge and resources needed to guide local food businesses toward success.

The event is free for any NCSU or NC A&T employees who would like to attend and should register through the XLMS system.
