Looking for a free online food-related platform to buy or sell? We invite you to attend a free training webinar on Wednesday, July 29, from 7 pm to 8:30 pm (EDT) to join the MarketMaker program. NC farmers, extension agents, community organizations, and food-related businesses can join in the Buy and Sell Forum managed by the MarketMaker for free. This Buy and Sell forum and other features create high impacts for agricultural stakeholders to respond to COVID-19 and food insecurity issues.
Our agenda involves:
- Share current administrative data about NC number of people/organizations, their locations, their profile, etc, so people see some back-end data. (10 minutes)
- Demonstrate step-by-step procedures to sign up. (40 minutes)
- Explain some features that people are not aware of or are not using them properly. (10 minutes)
- Q&A with everyone. (30 minutes)
