Save-the-Date for NC Choices/NC Cooperative Extension’s Deer and Lamb Processing Workshops. These workshops will be led by a skilled butcher and you will learn how to break down a whole carcass into primal and value-added cuts along with additional butchery tips. Each workshop includes recipes and cooking tips. This workshop is great for hunters, farmers, and consumers! The cost will be $20.
